Dear Valued Customer,
You want to set up a predictive campaign on your Dialer:
Go over the following steps:
1.Login with you manager user
2. Select Campaign – View Campaign
3. Select the campaign that you want to modify
4. Select the Dial Method to be ADAPT_ HARD_LIMID
Then set the Drop percent limit - this is the percent of the dropped calls which will not be passed
After that put a maximum adapt dial level, this is going to be the highest dial level the campaign will reach.
And on server time put 2100
