Login to your Managers dashboard, then campaign from there click on view campaigns and then select the campaign you would like to add or disable a disposition from.
Go to lead recycling you will see the option to add new recycle rule once you add it you will see two fields that need to be filled:
Attempt delay is how much time the system has to wait until the lead has to be called again
Attempt maximum is how many times this lead will be called again.
