Login to the Dialer, select Users , then create user.
Put a User ID and a password (the password must contain at least one capital letter and 3 digits)
The you can put the name of the agents or just copy the user ID -this field is not mandatory,
Select from which user you would like to copy the one you are creating you can also enter a user code(also not mandatory)
From the next drop down menu you can select the user group in which this user will be and last chose if you want this user to be active now or not.
