Please, if you see that you cannot reach the main page of your server (PBX or Dialer)


The main problem probably is that you IP address is changed and the new one is not allowed.


Do the follow steps:


1.Try to open the page from another computer.


2.Open Google and type what is my IP address.


When you see your IP address – example 75.134.XXX.XXX


Copy this IP and send email to support@deskforce.com with:


Details – Company name, Domain address which you cannot reach, IP address that you copy before.


In order to keep your system safe we need to receive this email from a contact listed in our system or with a confirmation from such one.


We will handle this with High Priority.
