You need to type the IP address of the phone in the browser.
On the phone select Menu > Status and you will see the IP address.
The user name and password should be provided from your administrator or use the default one.
Go to account and fill in the information:
Extension name (number) provided from us
Password (provided from us)
Domain or Server address (this is the domain or the IP of the system)
Then save and your phone should be online
